AIcertify.eu provides a questionnaire-based EU AI Act readiness assessment and report generation workflow. Service features and availability may evolve over time.

3. No Legal Advice

The service is informational only. It is not legal advice, not a conformity assessment, and not certification. Customers remain responsible for legal interpretation and compliance decisions.

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate information and maintain control over access links.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity.
• Do not submit data you are not authorized to process.

5. Fees and Payment

Access to certain outputs may require payment. Final pricing, taxes, billing, refund terms, and payment provider terms should be specified here once your checkout flow is enabled.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain rights in the platform and software. Customers retain rights in their submitted data. Customers may use generated reports internally, subject to these terms.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Warranties and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Add your jurisdiction-specific liability caps and exclusions before production use.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, or non-payment. Users may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights in your country of residence.
